Kevin was my friend at Franklin and we got close at Elm Street School. He was a good guy and I am a better person now for the lessons I learned from him as a 12 year old. Thanks Kev.
Kevin and I knew each other at WHS, but got much closer working together at JB Williams during a college summer. We partied a lot that summer. He was a real fun loving guy, and I am sad that his life ended so soon.
From the day I entered Junior High to the day I left High School Kevin and I sat next to each other and talked every day. How was that possible? Well, it's very hard to separate "Pecker" from "Pecca" in the home-room alphbetical order system. We also ran track together in High School. He was a great guy, sincere, wonderful sense of humor and, a little sentimental. When we got our yearbooks as seniors and were writing our pithy memoirs and good wishes in the margins, Kevin and I exchanged books. When I saw what Kevin wrote I was immediately embarassed and grabbed his book back from him to amend my salutation. He had remembered so much that I had forgotten, that I had to try to respond in kind. A wonderful memory. Condolences to his family.
